At She Moves Home, our journey began with a simple observation: homemakers are the backbone of every home, yet their own health and well-being are often placed last.
We saw women dedicating their time, energy, and care to their families while quietly ignoring their own physical and mental health. This inspired us to create something meaningful, a space where homemakers are reminded that they matter too.
She Moves Home was built on the belief that wellness should be simple, realistic, and part of everyday home life, not something separate or difficult to maintain.

How It All Started
For years, I followed the standard, rigid fitness advice online. I forced myself through high-intensity workouts when I was completely exhausted, felt guilty for taking rest days, and viewed movement as a chore rather than a celebration of what my body could do.
The turning point came when I realized that most mainstream workout plans completely ignore the unique biological rhythms of women. We aren’t designed to operate on a static, 24-hour routine. Our energy levels, metabolism, and recovery capacities shift throughout the month.
When I stopped fighting my biology and started listening to it, everything changed. My energy returned, my workouts became more effective, and I finally built a sustainable, joyful relationship with movement right from the comfort of my own home.
